Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).
Exclusions:
- Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
- Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
- Exchanged products are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
